Assemblywoman Addie J. Russell, D-Theresa, visited the Institute for Learning Centered Education's 24th Constructivist Conference on Wednesday. The week-long conference is being held at St. Lawrence University. Assemblywoman Russell discusses work Heuvelton Central high school teachers are doing this week in an effort to grow student engagement.
