Assemblywoman Addie J. Russell, third from left in the front row, was joined on the reviewing stand by her children, Cora and Aaron, for the annual Jefferson County Fair parade. Assemblywoman Russell's hometown fire department, Theresa, took top honors in the fair parade for the third consecutive year. She was joined on the reviewing stand by Jefferson County Sheriff Colleen O'Neil, county officials and fair board representatives. They are shown during the National Anthem during the fair's opening ceremonies.
